No pressure to purchase glasses straight away The appointment was focused on the eyes and getting the vision that was correct for me and not being rushed. Over opticians it's about selling and not really about your needs.

I asked for the contact lenses to be posted to my home address as a matter of urgency and two days later received a phone call saying that they were ready for collection. The person said they would post them but there's still no sign of them
